Problem
Causes
Impossible to switch on the phone
1. The battery is dead.
2. The battery is inserted correctly.
SIM not actived
1. The SIM card is dirty. Clean it.
2. Reinstall the SIM card.
3. The SIM card is damaged. Replace it.
Weak signal
Check icon on the screen with the intensity of the signal. If the icon has
4 bars, the signal strength is greatest, and if there is only one bar, the
signal is very weak.
Impossible to dial a call
1. Hide ID is probably set, but your operator does not provide this
service.
2. There are serious interference in your neighborhood.
3. Maybe you have activated a function call restriction.
4. Maybe you have activated the second line, but your operator does
not provide this service.
Impossible to charge the battery
1. The battery may be too low and for that reason will require to be
placed in office for a longer time.
2. Its performance is worse.
Impossible to register to the network
1. Signal too weak or strong interference.
2. The SIM card is not properly installed, there is an intermittent
contact, or is damaged. In the latter case, contact your network
operator for a replacement.
Pictures taken are too dark
1. Check to see if there is a brightness adjustment too low.
2. Check whether the ambient light is too low.
The pictures have moved
1. Check if your subject is moving.
2. Check if the phone moves slightly when taking the picture.
The pictures are distorted
The subject may be too close to the lens.
Unable to access the Services menu.
Probably the SIM card does not support services.
The photo chosen as
the background is only partly visible
The size of the photo is probably excessive. The recommended size is
240x320.
