• Identify profiles or perforated rails for 
equipment mounting.

• Position the perforated mounting rails 
so as to have from high to low the 
number of rack units stamped on each 
column. 
• In addition, the row of numbers on 
each vertical rail must be facing each 
other on both, the front and rear 
sections of the unit.

• Proceed to insert the M6XL12
phillips-head screws from the inside 
through the vertical mounting rails.
 Then thread a flange nut so as to fix 
them to the side bars.

• Identify the two side panels. Both are 
identical for this model.

• Next, identify one cam lock and key 
set, including one lock offset plate.
 • Install the cam lock in the opening 
located on the side panels. 

• Then insert the locknut and tightly 
fasten o secure it in place. 

• Proceed to attach the offset plate to 
the lock from the inside, and tightly 
fasten the assembly using the supplied 
screw, flat and spring washers.

• Place bottom section of each side 
panel over the outer edge of the cabinet 
base.

• Slide the plastic retaining latches on 
both sides of the panel to their lock 
position.

• Turn the key to engage the cam lock.

•  Identify the front tempered glass door.  

• Next, identify one cam lock and key set, 
including the 90° offset plate.

• Install the cam lock in the opening 
located on the front door.

• Then insert the locknut and tightly 
fasten o secure it in place. 

• Proceed to attach the 90° offset plate 
to the lock from the inside, and tightly 
fasten the assembly using the supplied 
screw, flat and spring washers.

• Identify the door pivot pin, the flat 
metal washer and the two plastic 
guides.

• Insert the pin plastic guides in the top 
and bottom holes located on the front 
section of the structure.

• Then fit the pin into the plastic guide 
found on the right side of the bottom 
panel and insert a metal washer.

• Identify the green/yellow pigtail 
grounding cable. 

• Locate the grounding copper studs on 
the lower section of the door and on the 
right corner of the bottom panel.

• Unfasten the nut from each stud and 
remove one of the two copper washers. 

• Connect one end of the pigtail 
grounding cable to the enclosure stud, 
and the other end, to the stud located 
on the front tempered glass door.

• Replace the copper washer you just 
removed and screw the nut back to 
attach both ends of the pigtail. 
• The enclosure assembly is now 
complete.
 

Note:

 This enclosure includes ventilation 

unit(s) designed to improve air flow. 
These operate with voltages of 110VAC 
and 220VAC.

• Identify the front tempered glass door 
and carefully lower it to engage the pivot 
pin below.

•  Pull down the spring lock located on 
the upper right section of the door and 
release it into the hinge hole of the 
enclosure.
