WARRANTY
NEXT products are warranted, by NEXT-proaudio, against
manufacturing defects
in m
aterials or craftsmanship over a period of 5 years for the loudspeakers, and 2 years for the othe
r components, counting from the date of original purchase. The original receipt of purchase is
mandatory for warranty validation purposes, and the product must have been bought from a NE
XT-proaudio authorized dealer. During the warranty period NEXT-proaudio will, at its own discret
ion, either repair or replace a product which prove to be defective provided that the product is r
eturned in its original packaging, shipping prepaid, to an authorized NEXT-proaudio service age
nt or distributor.
NEXT-proaudio cannot be held responsible for defects caused by unauthorized modificati
ons, improper use, negligence, exposure to inclement weather conditions, act of God or acciden
t, or any use of this product that is not in accordance with the instructions provided by this man
ual and/or NEXT-proaudio. NEXT-proaudio is not liable for consequential damages.
This warranty is exclusive and no other warranty is expressed or implied. This warranty d
oes not affect your statutory rights.

증기간 동안에 넥스트프로오디오는 결함이 있다고 판단되는 제품에 대해 재량으로 수리나 교환을 해 줄 것이다. 단, 오리지널 패킹으로 배
송되어야 하고 배송비는 선불로 지불되어야 하며, 공식인증대리점을 통해 구매된 제품이어야 한다.
넥스트프로오디오는 비공식 절차를 통한 조작이나 부적절한 사용, 부주의, 악천후 노출, 불가항력, 이 매뉴얼의 지시사항을 따르지 않은 제
품 사용 등으로 발생한 결함에 대해서 책임지지 않는다. 넥스트프로오디오는 중대한 손상에 대해 법적책임이 없다. 본 보증서에 기재된 내
용이 소비자가 주장할 수 있는 유일한 구제 수단이며, 고객의 법적권리에 영향을 미치지는 않는다.
