DEFROST
Accumulation of frost in your freezer will reduce its efficiency and increase energy
consumption. Remove the frost by removing all food and content, uninstalling all
compartments and shelves, unplugging the power cord, and leaving the door open.
Wipe up the water from the melted frost with a dry cloth.
POWER FAILURE AND DISCONNECTING THE
APPLIANCE
After power failure, the freezer can store food for several hours.

Use during power failure
After power failure, DO NOT put additional food in the appliance. If
available, make and place ice in a container at the top of the freezer.
2.
Disconnecting the appliance
When the freezer will not be used for a long time, remove the plug from the
outlet and clean the appliance. The door should be kept open in order to
prevent odor.
TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS

The refrigerator does not work
It may not be connected to an appropriate power supply.
2.
The refrigerator does not work efficiently
There may be too much frost. The temperature is set too low. The door is
opened too frequently or kept open for too long.
3.
It makes unusual noises
The appliance is not sitting leveled with respect to the ground.
4.
The compressor keeps working for a long period
The environment temperature may be too high. The doors may be opened
too frequently or are left open for too long. Setting the temperature
control knob at 4-7 may increase the working time of the compressor.
5.
Disgusting odor
Food with strong odor should be packed tightly before being placed inside
the appliance. Check for spoiled foods or if the interior is dirty.
6.
Water leaks from the bottom of the refrigerator
The drain tube is jammed.
7.
Heavy frost occurs on the rear of the appliance
Putting humid or hot food into the appliance may cause this problem.
There is too much moisture in the environment.

Moisture may accumulate on the outside of the product
2.
The flow of refrigerant through the pipeline coil makes a noise.
3.
The sides of the product get warm because of the cooling pipeline.
