Initial install CFR-2027 light bulb into lamp holder then switch ON the mechanical switch, the lamp will be 

at the brightest level. To turn OFF, simply switch OFF the mechanical switch.

Pre-set brightness (First time switching ON) the light will be at 100% brightest. 

After the first dimming process is set, the next time switching ON the light will be at the last memory 

setting brightness/darkness.
