Problem
Possible Causes and Solution
The refrigerator is not
working
●
Check whether the appliance is connected to
power or whether the plug is in solid contact.
●
Check whether the voltage is too low.
●
Check whether there is a power failure or circuits
have been tripped.
Light fails to turn on
●
Check if the light switch was not pressed.
●
Check to see if the power is on or connected.
Loud noises
●
Check whether the floor is leveled and whether the
refrigerator is on a stable surface.
●
Check if the product is in contact with external
objects or walls.
●
Buzz: The compressor may produce buzzes during
operation, and the buzzes are loud particularly
upon start or stop. This is normal.
●
Creak: Refrigerant flowing inside of the appliance
may produce creak, which is normal.
The internal
temperature is not
cool enough
●
The door may not be closed tightly, opened
frequently, or for too long.
●
The temperature setting may be inadequate, try
adjusting the temperature setting.
●
The appliance may be exposed to direct sunlight or
too close to other heat sources.
●
There might be poor heat dissipation, if there is not
enough cooling space around the product.
