CI OPERATION
How to use the CAM(Conditional Access Module)
1. Make the CAM toward correct direction insert to the Common Interface (CI) Slot .
2. If you has Smart card, please insert to CAM according to the direction on the Smart card chip,
just like the below picture.
3. Make the CAM and Smart Card module insert to DTV’s CI Slot.
4. When broadcasting the related program to Smart Card, it will receive the TV program according
to the
actual authority of Smart Card.
Remark: The TV don’t contain CI module (CAM and Smart Card),if you need ,Please to purchase
from service provider.Please make sure CA is under the ON mode before operating CI .
How to search the encrypt program to watching
When you search the encrypt program to watching, you should insert CAM and Smart Card, unless
the “Scramble Channel ” will be displayed on screen, and program can not be broadcast normally,
just as the below picture.
Meanwhile when you insert CAM, The system will identify automatically at once, then decrypt and
broadcast program normally, just like the below picture. Also you can keep the CAM in the DTV all
the time, it is available.
