Before beginning, make sure you have the

QR code

 or

MAC address

 of your ezLINQ,

available, ready to be used.

1. The ezLINQ should already be plugged into an electrical outlet
2. Wait for LED light to start blinking blue. This means the ezLINQ is broadcasting it’s

SSID.

3. Download and Install TALK App (available at nettalk.com/app)
4. Open the TALK App
5. Use your email and password to login to the TALK App
6. As soon as you log in, you will see a list of your VoIP accounts.
7. Select an account to use the TALK App.
8. Press the

“More”

button, located in the bottom right corner

9. Press

“Manage ezLINQ”

 from the menu

10. Press

“First Time Setup Wizard”

11. On the next screen, you will see a list of your VoIP accounts
12.

Select the VoIP phone service

you want to assign to the ezLINQ

13. Before continuing…

a. Confirm that the ezLINQ is plugged into an outlet and broadcasting the SSID.
b. You should have the QR code label which was on the device and have it ready to

be scanned.

c. If you don’t have the QR code, you should have written down the MAC Address

of the ezLINQ

14. Press

“Start Scan”

15. On the next screen, point your device’s camera to the QR code to scan it.
16. After the scanner scans the QR code, the TALK App should automatically start

configuring your VoIP phone service to your ezLINQ.

17. Please wait. Depending on your internet connection speed, it could take up to a few

minutes.

18. If successful, a success message will be display to let you know that your VoIP phone

service has been successfully configured.

19. Now you need to connect the ezLINQ to your home or office internet. If you plan to

connect your ezLINQ via WiFi, then continue to Step 2 in the configuration process using
the TALK App.
