Troubleshooting 

 

If the product does not operate or does not operate properly, first 
consult the table below. If you cannot find your fault/solution in 
the below table, the product may have failed. At this time, we 
recommend contacting your supplier to arrange a 
repair/replacement.

Cleaning, Maintenance and Storage 

 

  Remove dust from the heater with a soft cloth. Wipe the 

exterior surfaces of the heater with a damp cloth. Dry the 
product thoroughly before operating again. 
 

  The fan motor is lubricated by the factory and requires no 

extra lubrication. No other user maintenance is required or 
recommended.  

 

  Store the heater in a clean and dry place when not in use.
