Welcome to the NetPay terminal guide, this document will take you through how to 

set up your new NetPay terminal step by step, processing your first transactions and 

troubleshooting your device.

Before setting up your terminal it is important to identify the model number and follow the 

correct set up instructions. 

The model numbers are as follows*:

PIN-pad

The model number of your terminal will be printed on a sticker on the underside of the 

terminal keypad. *Models may be subject to change depending on Country.

If you want to query any orders, change aspects of your service or enable additional
