NP1020 10/100 USB Ethernet Adapter

Setup for Windows ME

1. Make sure your PC is powered on and that you are running the Windows ME

operating system.

2. Insert the USB head (the A-type connector) into the USB port on your

PC. , The system will recognize the device and display “Add New

Hardware Wizard” dialog box, select “Automatic search for a better driver

(Recommended)” and put the driver CD into CD-ROM. Press the “Next”

button.

3. When Windows ﬁnished the installation, the “USB 2.0 10/100 Ethernet

Adapter” dialog box will be prompted, then click the “Finish” button.

4. System will ask you “Do you want to restart your computer now?”. Click

“Yes” to restart your computer.

5. Restart your computer, after the computer is restarted, the network function

will be ready.
