ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1:
Parts required: [4x] HA, [4x] HB [1x] E1A, [1x] E1B, connectors I,J,K,L,M, & N.
Layout all the parts on the ground as in diagram.
Connect each HA and HB pole together and E1A and E1B together as in diagram.
Secure together with nuts and bolts provided.
Insert all poles into connectors as in diagram. Secure in place with the nuts and bolts provided.
Each connection uses a nut, a bolt and two washers.
Step 2:
Parts required: [2x] F, [2x] D1, [2x] F1.
Insert uprights into relevant connectors as per diagram.
Secure in place with nuts, bolts and washers.
Step 3:
Parts required: Connectors [2x] A, [2x] B, [2x] C, Crossbar [2x] D Crossbar [1x] D1,
& Sidebars [4x] EA and [4x] EB.
This step will require a step ladder
Connect EA and EB poles together as in diagram, securing together with nuts, bolts and washers.
Working from front to back insert crossbar D into connector A and B, then drop onto uprights.
Insert sidebars E [EA+EB] into connectors A and B.
Insert Crossbar D1 into connectors C, then drop onto uprights.
Insert sidebars E [EA+EB] into connectors C.
Join connectors A & B together using pole D then drop onto uprights and insert sidebars.
Secure all components in place using nuts, bolts and washers provided. Each bolt has a nut and two washers.
Step 4:
Parts required: [4x] G, [6x] G1.
This step will require a step ladder.
Working from front to back attach G1 to crossbar and upright as in diagram.
Attach G to upright F and bottom bar H [HA+HB].
Step 5:
Parts required: [6x] wheels. Nuts, bolts and washers.
Bolt one wheel to each of the mounting plates taking note of FIG.1. Showing washer and wheel placement.
Step 6:
Parts required: Net
Place the net over the top of the cage ensuring the opening is at the front.
This step will require a step ladder.
Assembly must be carried out by a sufficient amount of people using due diligence and risk assessment. Never try to assemble large or heavy products
with insufficient personnel. At least one or more additional persons are required to support the parts while fittings are being secured. When the cage
is being moved it is to be lifted by a sufficient number of competent people. (At least 6 - Three on each side).
