For Video:

If the ‘Capture from Device’ icon does not work when creating a new

video, then click off of the error message and the videos from your camera will
automatically appear in the window. If the videos do not appear then you can open
your video files by going to the ‘file’ tab at the top of the page and opening ‘My
Computer’
