•  T he temperature control dial may be 

set too high.

•  Check if the coolers drain pan is full.

•  Appliance is not on a level, firm 

surface or may be touching other items.

• Check the temperature control 

dial is set at "3".

•  A

   higher external ambient tempera-

ture may require a higher se ng.

• The door is opened too o en.
• The door is not closed completely

.

• The door gasket does not seal 

properly.

• The Cooler does not have the 

correct clearances at the sides/back

.

•  This is a result of the dissipa on of 

the heat from inside the cabinet.

outside of the cooler if it operates in 
moist areas, simply wipe it dry.

TROUBLESHOOTING 

Before

returning your 

Nero

 Refrigerator to the store, check the following

points; you may be able to solve any problem yourself

.

• Check

power cable is plugged in and

working. The automa c cycles ensure the defros ng is done in the most efficient manner, and 
when required. It is not recommended to leave the fridge in the manually set defrost mode for 
prolonged periods of  me. 

•  Note it is normal to hear refrigerant 

flowing as the compressor stops and starts.

MPORTANT

The fridge will go through a normal periodical defros ng cycle, and a manual defros ng 
opera on is only require in most extreme cases. It is be er to avoid if not necessary.
While in the ‘defrost’ mode, the fridge cooling power is reduced , as the compressor is not

as such se ngs will cause content

the rear 

of the fridge

to

evaporator

to 

freeze, and will r

 

esult in unnecessary strain on the cooling systems, and undue high

 

energy consump on.

Note: in normal opera on the controller turns the compressor off at the set 
temperature, and back on a er the temperature had risen by around 5°c. 
As such, the reading in the 

electronic 

controller is 

 

almost always a few degrees above -

poin

set              and tha

t, 

t is perfectly OK.
