Terminal Emulator Access
To log in via terminal emulator access, please install an SSH-supported terminal
application such as PuTTY.
1.
Determine the COM port assigned to the LTE module in the device manager
window by going to "Ports (COM & LPT)" and click on > to expand all ports. You
should see a COM port number assigned to the LTE module by the system.
2.
Right click on
, click on “
Run as administrator
” to bring up the
PuTTY Configuration window.
3.
Go to Category >
Serial
, enter the Device Management (DM) COM port your LTE
module is assigned to, enter the following parameters and press
Open
:
Speed (baud): 115200
Data bits: 8
Stop bits: 1
Parity: None
Flow control: HW (choice of XON/XOFF, RTS/CTS or DSR/DTR)
