Take oﬀ the plastic cover ﬁrst

Secure with bolts.

Insert wheels while

the base is upside down.

Place the plastic cover

back on the base.

BASE BOLT

Insert base legs into central base.

For proper alignment:

Slightly under-tighten the bolts

For proper alignment:

Slightly under-tighten the bolts

Place the seat on top of the box

with the bottom side up.

Attach both armrests to the seat.

Line up the back to the armrest

and insert bolts.

Insert the gas lift cylinder.
