TROUBLESHOOTING
Fault
Unit is vibrating/wobbling.
Reduced spray or no spray.
Spin plates are not turning or are wobbling.
Cause
1
. Mop pads are not aligned with base.

. Reservoir may be empty.

. System isn’t completely primed.
3
. Not holding trigger to spray solution.
4
. Spray tips on base clogged.

. Mop pads are not installed properly.

. Machine is standing upright.
Treatment
1
. Realign mop pads on the base.

. Refill reservoir.

. Hold trigger for 10 to 15 seconds to make
sure the solution has flowed to the spray tips.

. Hold trigger continuously while using the
machine.
4
. Turn power OFF. Use a pin to clean the
spray tip located at the front and center of the
machine.

. Turn power OFF. Unplug machine and follow
instructions on page 4 for replacing mop pads.

. Recline machine.
