Intended Use

The SRC-MAX is intended for qualified technicians to 
functionally test Nellcor O

 technology-based pulse 

oximeters and OEM O

AX

 technology-based monitors. 

The SRC-MAX tester will perform the following tests:

Red and infrared light-emitting diode (LED) drive 
circuitry

Heart rate (beats per minute, BPM)

Oxygen saturation (Sp0

2

)

Light level

Percent modulation

The SRC-MAX functional tester is designed to simulate an 
operational Nellcor O

XI

M

AX

 compatible sensor and check 

performance of the pulse oximeter or monitor.
