For screws that are really seized up, first spay with a solvent or heat up. Extractor pins are
manufactured from high grade materials and should be kept straight and not heated.

Operation
1. Select correct size drill and drill guide bushing for the job.
2. Place drill guide bushing over screw that is being extracted. Use the selected HSS drill bit
and drill smaller hole into damaged screw.
3. Drive in the extractor pin without damaging previouslly drilled hole. Slide correct size
extractor nut onto the extractor pin and unscrew using a wrench.
4. For sunken or protruding broken screws see chart below for assistance in selecting correct
guide bush size.
