ORDINARY MAINTENANCE
A: Vacuum meter don't work
1 .Check the air pressure: standard air pressure through inlet valve should be 125 PSI.
Air consumption is 200L/min
2.Make sure that all the valves are on the correct place.
3 Check vacuum operator-to-tank seal.
B: There is a reduction showed on the vacuum meter but the machine don't aspirate
1. Check suction hose-to-probe seal.
2. Temperature of waste oil is too low.
3. Make sure that suction hose open.
4. Make sure that suction hose do not block off and probe doesn't touch the bottom of tank.
SAFETY DEVICES
1. Check leakage of the machine regularly.
2. Hose to hose connection should be close together.
3. It's necessary to release the waste oil as soon as possible in case of the corroding of tank.
4. Use soft towel for cleaning and keep the machine without sunshine.
NOTES
1. The machine operator should be trained with good profession skill.
2. No smoking nearby the machine.
3. Application for oil change with probe between 60-100
o
C. At this temp. Density of engine oil
is about 1.3 time larger than water. With 60-100
o
C below. It's difficult to suck.
4. Air output of the air compressor for the machine is 145PSI. Standard air pressure through
inlet valve is 115 PSI .With 115PSI below there is less vacuum operated and waste oil can't
be aspirated.
5. Application for oil change with probe: for metal probe big suction capacity 1.8L/min,small
suction capacity 1.4L/min; for plastic probe big suction capacity 1.8L/mIn,medium 0.6L/min,
small one 0.4L/min.
6. If you work for suction oil for a long time, please check the adapter of the probe for leakage.
7. For TOYOTA and CAMEY automobile there's a problem with the probe
operation. You'd bettt unscrew drain bolt to release instead of using probe.

been installed for your protection. Do not adjust or remove.

While eitracting high temperature oils, keep hands and
face protected with impermeable gloves and face shield.
z
The suction capacity is about 4 GAL. Please refer to the
oil level carefully.
z
Never use near open flame or heat source.
z
Never leave unit unattended when operating or evacuating.
z
Always disconnect air supply attar operating.
