Notes on cooking 
using the wok 
burner 

 

 

The diameter of the saucepan or frying pan base 
must be no greater than 280 mm. Using larger pans 
could cause the hot waste gas flowing out from 
underneath the pan to damage the worktop or a wall 
that is not heat-resistant. 
 

Note: 

When using a concave wok pan, please use the 
additional wok support which has to be placed on 
the main pan support over the wok burner.  
 
When using your concave wok pan, please make 
sure that the wok pan is placed over the wok 
support; the bottom of the wok pan is not to come in 
direct contact with the main pan support or burner.
