This machine is only to be used for blastering.

Installation
Innan du börjar blästra:
1. Release the eccentric locks and remo
ve the motor packa -
ge.
2. Lift out the filter and the dust bucket.
3. Connect the hose to the blasting machine.
4. Fill with blasting material. (5 l)
5. Re-assemble the dust bucket, filter and motor package.
6. Connect compressed air to the blasting gun.
7. Connect the blasting machine to a socket for the intended
voltage.
8. Mount a suitable nozzle on the blasting gun.
Using the machine
1. Put on the required safety equipment.
2. Move the blasting gun towards the work piece. You must
never point the gun at yourself nor at anyone else.
3. Start blasting by pressing the trigger and keep it pressed.
Blasting stops when you let go of the trigger.
Maintenance

Disconnect the machine from the mains and turn off the com

pressed air.

3. Fill with blasting material. (5 l)
4. Re-assemble the dust bucket, filter and motor package.
5. Re-connect the machine to the mains.
6. Turn on the compressed air again.
7. Handle the used blaster sand with regards to the materials
that have been blasted. Follow applicable waste regula
-
tions. Contact your local authorities for guidance.

Safety when blasting
Make sure that you and people around the blasting area are
wearing required safety equipment*), before blasting is star

ted.
It is absolutely forbidden to point the blasting gun towards
people or animals. It must only be pointed towards the work
-
piece, intended to be blasted.
The blaster sand may cause irrepairable damage, to eyes and
body parts, if you should blast in the face or on the body.
