EXTENSION ARM

Mounting instruction
1. Mount the wall bracket on the wall. Check that it
is vertical. This should be done by holding a spirit
level against the side and front of the axle. H = the
recommended height above the floor (see Mounting
Examples on page 3). F1 = tensile strain/screw.
F2 / F3 = shearing strain/screw.
2. Grease the top bearing seat.
3. Lift the inner arm section into place. Position the
pressure washer (a) and the two friction washers (b).
Slide the pivot axle home.
4. Lift the outer arm section into place. Position the
friction washers (c) and ball bearings (d). Slide the
pivot axle home.
Montageinstruktion
1. Montera väggfästet. Kontrollera att det sitter i
lod genom att lägga an ett vattenpass mot axeln,
från sidan och framifrån. H = rekommenderad
montagehöjd (se Montageexempel sid. 3).
F1 = dragkraft per skruv.
F2 / F3 = skjuvkraft per skruv.
2. Fetta in övre delen av lagersätet.
3. Montera den inre armen. Placera tryckbricka (a)
och friktionsskivor (b) på avsedd plats.
4. Montera den yttre armen. Placera friktions-
skivor (c) och kullager (d) på avsedd plats.

5 - 6. Justera lederna. Den inre leden (10) skall vara
något hårdare spänd. Spänn lederna så pass mycket
att inte armen självsvänger.
5 - 6. Adjuste the arm. Tighten the joints sufficiently to
prevent play. The inner joint (10) should be stiffer than
the outer joint.

When ordering spare parts always state:
• Article no. and control no. (from the type label
of the product).

Montageanleitung
1. Konsolenteil an der Wand montieren. Mit einer
Wasserwaage prüfen, ob die eingesteckte Achse
exakt senkrecht steht. H = Empfohlenes Montagemaß
ab Oberkante Fußboden (siehe Montagebeispiele
auf Seite 3). F1 = Zugkraft/Schraube.
F2 / F3 = Schubkraft/Schraube.
2. Oberen Lagerpunkt fetten.
3. Inneres Armsegment in Position bringen. Druck-
scheibe (a) und Friktionsscheiben (b) entsprechend
einsetzen und die Achse montieren.
4. Äußeres Armsegment in Position bringen. Die
Friktionsscheiben (c), Kugellager (d) und die Achse
montieren.

5 - 6. Gelenke einstellen. Spannschrauben
der Gelenke auf gewünschte Friktion einstellen.
Das innere Gelenk (10) sollte dabei etwas fester
gespannt sein.
