Application Sharing
Application Sharing is a collaboration function that allows two desktop
application users to view and control a common Windows application. When
the Application Sharing function is selected, the following dialog will be
displayed (refer to
Figure 4-20 Application Dialog Screen
).
The Talking Party selector lists all of the extensions that are currently part
of the active call.
The Directory selector lists all of the extensions that are defined in the
directory.
The Extension/Name selector allows the user to specify a specific
extension or extension name.
The Extension/Name field maintains a list of the most recent extensions
that were entered.
Selecting the Start button will initiate an Application Sharing session with
specified user.
Selecting the Cancel button will close the Choose Party dialog without
starting an Application Sharing session.
