CONFIGURATION SETUP
Note 1:
Do not go the handset off-hook when headset is used.
Note 2:
The priority order of Ringing Tone settings is as follows.
• 1st Priority: Ringing tone settings by “2. Directory (Not Earlier than FW 2.0.0.0 but Earlier Than
FW 5.0.0.0)” - “2.Edit” - 8.Ringing Tone/9. Illumination
• 2nd Priority: Ringing tone settings by “2. Directory (Not Earlier than FW 2.0.0.0 but Earlier Than
FW 5.0.0.0)” - “3.Group Setting” - 2.Ringing Tone/3. Illumination
• 3rd Priority: Ringing tone settings by “5. Setting (Not Earlier than FW 2.0.0.0 but Earlier Than FW
5.0.0.0)” - “1.User Setting” - 4.Ringing Tone/5. Illumination
Note 3:
In the case of power failure for backlight, the terminal follows the Telephony Server’s direction discarding
the terminal’s setting.
Note 4:
To make the font size change effective, once exit the configuration menu by pressing the software key for
“Exit.”
Note 5:
Tone Type 1 rings when Automatic is selected. If a ring tone has been set in the Directory menu, it will be
prioritized over this setting except DT710.
Note 6:
The lamp illuminates Red when Automatic is selected. If an illumination has been set in the Directory menu,
it will be prioritized over this setting except DT710.
Note 7:
A tone will be provided if Automatic has been set.
Note 8:
12-Hour Indication is applied when Automatic has been set.
Note 9:
A setting for Enable is applied when Automatic has been set.
3. Data Backup/Restore
Makes backup of terminal data or
restores from backup file.
