• Rebate applies to listed NEC displays purchased from an NEC authorized reseller.
• This rebate is not valid for purchases made at Fry’s or Fry’s.com.
• Original UPC code cut from box, copy of dated receipt, and completed rebate form is required for redemption.
• Purchases must be made between October 22, 2007, and November 30, 2007.
• All rebate inquiries must be received within six months of the end of the promotion.
• Rebate checks are void if not cashed within 90 days of issuance and cannot be reissued.
• Offer valid in US, Canada and Puerto Rico only. All U.S. rebates paid in U.S. Dollars. Good for actual purchases made by end users; excludes retailers, resellers
and distributors of products and their families.
