General Description
1.1.
Overview
This product is GPGPU (General-purpose computing on graphics processing units) dedicated to the Express5800
series.
This product is a PCI-EXPRESS 4.0 compliant GPGPU card equipped with a CUDA core processor of 6912 cores
and a Tensor core of 432 cores and 40GB of HBM2 memory. Card size is full-length full-height, double-width card
that occupies two slots.
IMPORTATANT:

Do not install this product to a computer that is not recommended by NEC
Corporation.
NOTE:
Check the PCI-Express® slot which can be attached with reference to User’s Guide
of Express Server before attaching this product.
1.2.
Description
The functions of each part are as follows.

Bracket
A bracket for fixing this product to the server chassis.
This product is a full height board with double width
brackets attached. The bracket can not be replaced.

Retainer
It is an extension for securing the PCI EXPRESS card to the internal mechanism of the server chassis. This
product becomes a full-length board with the retainer attached. Please use without removing the retainer.

GPU Power connector
Auxiliary power connector for operation of this product. It is equipped at the rear of this product.
Connect the optional “K410-387 (00) Graphics Card Power Cable (8Pin. B Type)” or “K410-477 (00) Graphics
Card Power Cable (8Pin. B Type)” .

Connector
This product conforms to the PCI-EXPRESS standard.
If the server's PCIEXPRESS slot has a retention lock, it can be fixed with this product's retention hook.
