Information of the RAID Controller is displayed. Check the “Battery Back Up” is

Check

 

Indicates the status of the battery installed in the RAID Controller. 
two possible status are as follows: 

 
Present: Indicates that the battery can be used normally. 
None: Indicates that the battery cannot be used normally due to some reason. 

 

 

 

 

 

There are following reasons that the “Battery Back Up” becomes “None”.   
 

・

The cables of battery are not connected firmly. Check the cables whether they 
are connected firmly or not. 

・

The charge of battery is extremely low. Please charge the battery pack for 24 
hours or more. Then reboot the server and try to recognize the battery pack 
again.
