Using Common Features

Making, Receiving, and Transferring Calls
Table 3-1 below lists ways to perform common actions from both the
earpiece and a speakerphone.

Make a call Press Talk then dial the number. Press Speaker then dial the number.
Answer a call Press Talk . Press Speaker .
Hang up Press End .
Mute the microphone during a call Press Mute . Press again to turn the microphone back on.
Transfer a call
• During a call, press .
• Enter the extension to which you want to transfer the call.
• Wait until the other extension answers and press
End .
• OR
• If you don't want to wait until the other extension answers, just press
End
immediately.
