To Access your Voice Mail Box from outside the system.

Dial into the Automated Attendant Menu (Main Number) 

From the main greeting, dial [#] + your mailbox number in one single step.  

Ex: [#][1][0][1] 

If you setup a password then the system will ask you to enter your password after you entered your mailbox number 

Ex: [#][1][0][1] "Enter your security code" [x][x][x][x] "You have ....."
