View or Edit an Entry
To view or edit an existing entry in the Personal directory, highlight the
entry on the Personal Directory window then press the function key for
View . The View Personal Directory Entry window displays ( Figure 6-14 ).

Press the cursor key left/right to scroll through the category list and
view the associated values for the entry. You can also dial a value by
highlighting it and then pressing the dial function key.
Personal Corporate Inbound Outbound
Function Key Function
OK Sends you back to the Personal Directory window.
Cancel
Returns you back to the Personal Directory but does not save the
changes.
Apply Saves the changes and leaves you at the current screen.
Set Sets the value.
Clear
Clear the selected Category value, selects the next in the category
list, and sets focus to the Value field.
NOTE
You can also edit the name of the Personal Directory entry.
