Custom Location Status
In addition to the preset Status text, a custom status can be set. In the
Location Status window, press the function key for Custom . The
Custom Status window displays ( Figure 6-24 ).

Step 1
Press the cursor key left/right to select the Return Date month you will
be returning. Press the cursor key down and enter the return date day
using the dial keys.
Step 2
Press the cursor key down and enter your Return Time hours. Press the
cursor key down and enter your return time minutes using the dial keys.
Step 3
Press the cursor key down, then press the cursor key left/right to select
AM or PM .
Step 4
Press the cursor key down and enter a custom Location Status using
the dial keys.
Step 5
Press the cursor key down and enter an Alternate Number (if needed)
using the dial keys.
Step 6
Press the function key for OK to close the Custom Window and return to
the Location Status window, and then press the function key for Set to
save your location status settings.
Your custom location status will now display when someone selects your
employee entry on the Corporate Directory. Remember to clear your
location status when you return.
