a. The [Maximum] value for [CPU Throttling]
The displayed value for the CPU throttling rate may reach "100%" while initializing the server,
however, the throttling does not reach 100% in the actual operations. This is only a displayed
value and there is no impact on the performance.
b. The [Current] value for [Memory Throttling]
The displayed value for the memory throttling rate may differ from the actual behavior when
[Aggressive Mode] is enabled for the power control setting. This is only a displayed value and
there is no impact on the actual power consumption.
