1. Reset and test; replace COI(8)-U( ) ETU and test. If trouble persists go to 2.
2. Perform Second Initialization. If trouble persists go to 3.
3. Perform First Initialization. If trouble persists go to 4.
4. Replace B48-U10 KSU, and test using default program.
