2.6.3 Mounting frame IP44 (accessory)

The IP44 mounting frame is designed to provide IP44 class protection to IP44 ready

product variants, see "2.2.1 Product variants". The IP44 mounting frame is also 13

mm high.

It is important to secure that the surface of the wall where the mounting frame is

placed is flat and smooth so the mounting frame closes tightly to the wall.

The three mounting frames contain a plastic flange (marked with a red circle in the

picture above) and is designed to fit on a new WALL PCB.
To determine if the WALL PCB is new or old, take a look at Picture 8 below. New PCBs

have a hole where the red rectangle is, while old PCBs do not.
