Push apart the clips which secure the ribbon cassette in the 
printer and pull the cassette upwards and out of the printer.

Press gently down on the centre of the print head locking lever, 
while at the same time lifting the end of the lever until it is clear 
of its latch.

Pull the print head out of the printer.
