To add a group to one or more locks follow the same steps as to add a new user. However, in
the
Key type
tab select
Group
.
•
The group is already created and active in the lock.
6.4. Activity log
From the application or from the web in the
Admin area
section, access to
My Locks
section of the menu
and select the lock you would like to consult.
The activity log section shows:
•
Date.
Date and time an interaction with Nearkey was recorded.
•
Operation.
Action that has been recorded in Nearkey.
•
Email.
Email from the user who has interacted with Nearkey.
•
Name.
Name of a user who has interacted with Nearkey.
In this section you can search with the specifications that are indicated, sort by date or show
results for a specific date.
This data can be downloaded in .csv format specifying the desired date range.
6.5. Advanced setting changes
To make changes to Nearkey configuration, from the app or from the web in the
Admin area
section,
access to
My Locks
section, select the lock you would like to consult and press
Advanced Configuration
.
Some of the options listed below are only modifiable by owners, in which case they will be specified in
parentheses.
The following options will be displayed:
•
Name.
It allows you to change the name of the device.
•
Time zone.
It allows you to change the time zone.
•
Description
It allows you to introduce a description in the lock, this will help to identify and to
speed up the search of the lock in case of having several.
•
Registration of accesses for new keys.
It allows you to activate or deactivate the register the
activity log of users in new keys.
•
Auto-update firmware.
It allows you to update the firmware automatically, we recommend
not to modify this option.
•
Hide in scan.
Unchecking this box the app will not show the lock in the screen, but it will show
the option to scan QR code or NFC tag if this option has been enabled.
•
Actuator.
It allows you to modify the characteristics of the relay.
