Troubleshooting Guide

This guide lists common problems and their solutions.

There is no 
power.

The battery is 
exhausted.

Connect the unit to a 
USB power source to 
charge it.

The speaker hasn’t 
been turned on.

Set the Power switch on 
the back of the speaker 
to the “ON” position.

The device 
is unable to 
connect to the 
speaker.

The speaker is not 
in pairing mode.

Reset the speaker (turn 
it off and then set the 
Power switch to the 
“ON” position.

Bluetooth may be 
disabled on the 
device.

Make sure Bluetooth is 

enabled on your device. 
Turn it on if it isn’t.
