Start normal operation

Press   to start normal operation

When starting directly into normal operation R300 will start in 

the mode it was in at last shutdown.

The R300 automatically operates whenever you are moving 

and pauses operation while you are stationary. Modes are 

accessed in the following order:

PACE

Go

Step 3

Mode icons appear in the lower section of the screen. While 

in Speed mode you can monitor session distance, current 

speed and current pace. You can also store laps or clear 

session data.

While in Speed mode

Press   to store lap data

Press and hold 

 to clear all* session data

Press   to go to next mode

(*Does not clear odometer)

When you want to shut down the R300

Press and hold 

Now you know.
