LIMITED WARRANTY
Limited Warranty NAVIGLOO FOR BOATS Navigloo is a product of Industries Iverco Inc.
Canadian Patent 11765419 / USA Patent 7,472,666 B1
Congratulations for your recent purchase of NAVIGLOO FOR BOATS. The Navigloo boat shelter is a modular system designed to
protect a variety of boat types and sizes during the off-season. The kit includes all of the components needed to install your Navigloo
frame and may also include a heavy duty Navigloo tarpaulin.
Industries Iverco Inc. guarantees its product NAVIGLOO FOR BOATS against any manufacturer’s defect that could appear within:
•
Three (3) years* of delivery to the purchaser for the Navigloo frame and all components thereof.
•
One (1) year* of delivery to the purchaser for the Navigloo tarpaulin.
*For a claim to be considered eligible under this warranty, the purchaser must meet the following conditions:
•
This warranty cannot be transferred and only applies to the original purchaser of the Navigloo boat shelter system from the
manufacturer or an authorized dealer.
•
Purchaser must not return the Navigloo boat shelter system to either the manufacturer or the retailer, but must
immediately contact Navigloo’s customer service department (1 888 628.4456) and provide proof of purchase as well as
photos of the defective parts upon discovery of the defect.
•
The product (frame and tarp) must be assembled, maintained and stored according to Assembly Instructions, as well as its
WARNING and KEY POINTS of Assembly Instructions sections contained within.
•
No warranty applies with regards to the logo nor does it apply if modifications are made to the product of origin. (Example:
To sew two Navigloo tarpaulins together.)
•
This warranty does not apply to faults or defects due to negligence, incorrect assembly, insufficient maintenance, improper
storage (of the tarp as well as the frame) or any unintended use not specified in the manufacturer’s assembly instructions or
in the aforementioned WARNING and KEY POINTS
of Assembly Instructions
. (Example: purchaser must take precautionary
measures to protect fragile surfaces that may come into contact with the bases, the straps or the tarpaulin.) The
manufacturer shall not be held responsible in the event of damage to the purchaser’s watercraft such as scratches, torn
cushions or other damage. Furthermore the purchaser must take all other precautionary measures deemed necessary for
the protection of the watercraft.
•
It is solely the purchaser’s responsibility to prevent the Navigloo tarpaulin from coming into direct contact with protruding
Navigloo components, or parts of the watercraft itself that may create friction, which could potentially damage or perforate it.
(i.e. snaps for canvas or Bimini top anchor points) *Damage caused by unpadded components that wear or perforate the
tarpaulin is not covered under the conditions of the limited warranty.
•
Items NOT COVERED under this warranty include but are not limited to:
o
Damage due to frost, fire, downed trees or other vegetation, rodents, vandalism, installation and maintenance
performed by a subcontractor, collapse of the system due to snow accumulation, water infiltration, extreme
weather conditions or any and all other accidental circumstances.
o
Normal wear of components and/or tarpaulin.
o
Discoloration of tarpaulin or fading of the logo due to sun or other environmental factors.
o
Damage caused to persons or property.
•
Under the conditions of this warranty, after thorough evaluation of the defect and conditions surrounding such defect and
at the discretion of Les Industries Iverco Inc. defective parts shall be replaced at no cost to the purchaser; however any and
all shipping charges incurred in the delivery of replacement parts to the purchaser are the sole responsibility of the
purchaser.
