The purchaser and end user shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless NAV TV, its members,
managers, officers, directors, affiliated entities, agents and employees against all damages, claims,
liabilities, losses and other expenses including legal fees and costs, that in any way arise out of or
relate to the negligent or wilful acts or omissions of the purchaser and end user with respect to the
product and or operation of a vehicle which contains the product. Video in Motion (TV Free) products
are designed for passenger entertainment use only.
