Documentation of

How board zone works in NG12

Revision: 1

Page 3

It is important that the scoreboard is turned on and within range of the Naucon-1000 when pressing accept.

The addresses on the scoreboard are only used as identification of the scoreboard for diagnostics and for setting the
zone for a scoreboard. It is the zone selection that determines which scoreboards are receiving communication. The
zone selection is still required if you are using the system wired.

Note if an address of a scoreboard is not highlighted to one of the zones it will keep its current setting. By default
scoreboard is set to zone 1.

A Zone is a group of Scoreboards that are
controlled by the same Naucon-1000.

3. Enter the Board Zone Selection Menu.

The Board zone selection menu selects which Zone the Naucon-1000
must control.

If

all

Zones

 are set to

On

, the Naucon-1000 unit will

control all Scoreboard Systems that are within range.

If for example

 is selected, the Naucon-1000

unit

only

controls Scoreboard Systems in Zone 1.
