Network Options 

 
2.2.1

 

Soft AP (Standalone Server Mode as Access Point) 

If you have no existing network or want to keep the network independent, please choose Soft AP 

as Network Type. 

1.

 

Open 

the “Network Setup”

 page. 

2.

 

Enter your desired SSID (network na

me, e.g. “

MyNet

”).

 

3.

 

Choose the network encryption type in “Auth Mode”.

 

4.

 

Enter your desired Authentication Password. 

5.

 

Press “Save and Reboot” to 

save the values and let the device reboot with them. 

6.

 

After the reboot you will be able to connect to your newly configured network using the 

defined password.
