Other
strobes
The
optical
signal
from
the
D90
build
‐
in
flash
can
also
be
utilised
to
trigger
other
strobes
having
an
optical
sensor.
Tips
1:
The
built
‐
in
flash
can
be
popped
‐
up
by
pressing
the
‘Flash’
button
in
M,
A,
S
or
P
mode.
If
the
flash
is
not
in
the
raised
position
after
the
housing
is
closed,
turn
the
mode
dial
to
‘Auto’
and
point
the
camera
to
a
dark
area
and
press
the
shutter
release
briefly
to
pop
‐
up
the
build
‐
in
flash.
Tips
2:
The
built
‐
in
flash
can
be
disabled
by
setting
the
D90
camera
to
the
“flash
‐
off”
mode,
with
the
mode
dial.
