Install linkage and tighten with screws 
and nuts on both sides.

Insert front end assembly into slots.

Assemble all the parts in sequence as 
picture shown. 
Repeat process for other side.

Place hat nut over axle and put the two 
together using hat nut tool and hammer 
with force. 
Repeat process for other side.
