NI PXI-1050 User Manual

Complete the following steps to install a PXI module into a chassis slot:

1.

Place the module edges into the PXI module guides (top and bottom), 
as shown in Figure 1-2,

2.

Slide the module to the rear of the chassis, making sure that the 
injector/ejector handle is pushed down as shown in Figure 2-3.

3.

When you begin to feel resistance, push up on the injector/ejector 
handle to inject the module into the frame. 

4.

Secure the module’s front panel to the chassis using the module 
front-panel mounting screws.
