Group 5–TIC
This group tests the TIC portion of the MANTIS ASIC. The MANTIS,
an ASIC designed by National Instruments, handles the TTL/ECL trigger
interface and CLK10 conversion. Table 5-7 gives the test numbers and
names of the TIC tests.
