Grasp the vertical heat
exchanger “partition”
firmly with your left hand.
Be careful not to tear the side and
bottom insulation when pulling the
heat exchanger/furnace assembly
forward.

Unplug (2) molex plugs before
sliding out the heat exchanger/
furnace assembly.

Power
Cord

With your right hand reach under the
burner box and lift the drain pan to release
the drain plug. Then lift up and pull the
assembly forward to slide out the heat
exchanger/furnace assembly.
