MP3 format is used, as this provides you
with maximum flexibility and convenience
when PLAYING files or FORWARDING
files to other parties.
Your recorded calls are AUTOMATICALLY
SAVED in the directory:
C:\Program Files\Record Software\MP3 Store\
which was set up on your PC’s hard drive
during installation of this software.
You can change this directory or you can
select a Network hard drive for recorded
file storage (see page 15).
When selecting the
Auto Save
Facility, you then have a choice of :
1) Using
Set File Name
Once a file name is entered, your
s u b s e q u e n t s t o r e d f i l e s w i l l
increment by 1.
ie:
C:\....Recorded Telephone Calls/Jane Smith1.Mp3
C:\....Recorded Telephone Calls/Jan Smith2.Mp3
C:\....Recorded Telephone Calls/Jan Smith3.Mp3
etc
