replacement kit includes eight
tubing adapters. If the manifold block in your
IV arm has black tubing connectors, discard
the eight tubing adapters and proceed with just
the replacement tubing. If the manifold on your
IV arm has two black and eight white tubing
connectors, you will need to use the new adapters
included in the kit. To connect the new adapters,
simply slide the eight adapters over the connec-
tors after the old veins have been removed. After
you are finished connecting the new adapters,
proceed with the vein replacement as described in
the instruction manual.
Note:
The new tubing adapters may be left con-
nected to the connector block during future vein
replacements. You do not need to replace these
after they have been installed.
